Objectives, activities and expected results
The project includes R&D activities aimed at developing new hydroxytyrosol (HT) formulations extracted from olive pomace, for different applications, focused on preventing cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases.
From its results, it hopes to be able to begin producing functional foodstuffs and nutraceutics of proven efficacy in preventing diseases of great impact in modern society, helping affirm hydroxytyrosol as one of the key molecules of Mediterranean diet.

Objectives, activities and expected results
